The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has recently issued solicitations for the following projects:

1-15-C016: LED Light Fixtures, National Airport
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish and deliver 1380 LED light fixtures in accordance with Airports Authority specifications for delivery to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

1-15-C037: Police Range and Training Facility, Dulles Airport
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to construct the police range and training facility improvements at Washington Dulles International Airport. Work includes construction of one 300-yd and two 50-yd firing ranges, a training building with small paved parking lot, an ammunition storage building, gravel access roads and parking lot, lead remediation, relocation of the existing on-site explosives containers and installation of special systems and utilities.

- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform environmental remediation, removal and disposal of lead-based paint, asbestos containing and contaminated materials, mold remediation and component demolition, fluorescent light tube removal and recycling, removal and disposal of PCB containing light fixture ballasts and PCB surface contamination at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports. Offerors must be capable of providing emergency response.

1-15-C017: Infrastructure and Information Systems Penetration Test
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform a penetration test and assessment of the Airports Authority's information technology systems and infrastructure. The goal is to ensure that appropriate and reasonable protections are in place to minimize general and specific threats that may exist regarding the Airports Authority's information systems and infrastructure.
- Change: Amendment One was issued January 22, 2015. The due date for proposals was extended to February 11, 2015.

1-15-C018: Feasibility Study for Distributed Antenna System and Wi-Fi Replacement
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to inventory, study and document the Airports Authority's current Distributed Antenna System and Wi-Fi infrastructure. The contractor shall propose a consolidated infrastructure design that offers a single platform. This platform will support Public Safety Communications, public-facing cellular services and public Wi-Fi services while maintaining agreeable quality of service.

7-15-C002: Replacement of Sound Wall SW112, Dulles Toll Road
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to replace sound wall SW-112 at Bluffs of Wolf Trap along the Eastbound lanes of the Dulles Toll Road.
- Change: Amendment One was issued January 21, 2015. The due date for bids was extended to February 5, 2015.

1-15-C005: A/E Services for Terminal B/C Long-Term Redevelopment Program, National Airport
- Description: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority plans to retain professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services for on-call planning, design and construction projects at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The program is a multi-year, multi-project comprehensive A/E Task Order service for Terminal B/C. The program objective is to replace existing remote hardstand operations with contact gate facilities and connectivity that provides equitable and efficient passenger level of services. The long-term redevelopment will complement the on-going near-term rehabilitation efforts and lead to a full facility program. The contract will provide professional design services required to establish an overall redevelopment vision / program consisting of project planning, programming, design services, review of design standards, life cycle cost analysis, resiliency and construction support services.
- Change: Amendment Four was issued January 16, 2015. The due date for qualifications submittals was revised to February 3, 2015.

- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide commercial/transportation grade bench stock consumable inventory supply and service for the Automotive and Heavy Equipment Maintenance Shops in the Equipment and Maintenance Division at Washington Dulles International Airport.

3-15-B0001: General Purpose Batteries, National and Dulles Airports
- Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor and equipment to deliver batteries in accordance with Airports Authority specifications to Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports. The contractor shall pick up and properly dispose of used batteries and shall adhere to all local and state laws.

2-15-P0075: Herman Miller Seating, National Airport
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish and deliver 12 Herman Miller Eames Sling seating units in accordance with Airports Authority specifications to match existing seating units at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

1-15-C030: Supplemental Fire Protection, Dulles Airport
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to construct supplemental fire suppression systems for the Southeast Baggage Basement at Washington Dulles International Airport.

8-15-C005: Task Order Design/Build for Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, Phase 1 Close-Out
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required for the design and construction of various tasks necessary to achieve close-out of Phase 1 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Silver Line).
- Estimated Solicitation Issue Date: February 4, 2015

1-15-C028: Taxilane B Reconstruction and Widening, East Section, Dulles Airport
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required for the reconstruction and widening of the east end of Taxilane B starting from the Non-Movement Area marking and extending to east end of Taxilane A4 at Washington Dulles International Airport. The reconstruction area is approximately 75 feet wide and 1,000 feet long and includes full depth reconstruction to be replaced with PCC pavement. The full strength PCC pavement will also be widened approximately 35 feet with a new 40 foot wide shoulder. Maintenance of air traffic, stormwater pollution prevention, pavement marking, and airfield lighting and signage are also included.

- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to provide off-site storage, retrieval, and destruction services of office records for each campus within the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
