November 2012 - Notice of proposed amendment to Airport Regulations by adding a Section 9.11 to authorize the Airports Authority Police Department to conduct criminal history record checks on all applicants to whom a conditional offer of employment with the Authority has been made. August 3, 2012 - Notice of Dulles Toll Road PUBLIC HEARINGS: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority hosted three public hearings to inform and solicit comments from the community about proposed toll rate increases along the Dulles Toll Road beginning in 2013 to support the construction of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project and Dulles Toll Road improvements. November 2011 - Dulles Toll Road 2011 Public Update. Session was held on December 6, 2010 in Reston, VA.
2010
December 2010 - Runway Safety Area Enhancements, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Runway 4-22 and 15-33 Draft Environmental Assessment available for review and comment. Public Information Workshop was held January 5, 2011. Comment period originally closed January 21, 2011. Due to several requests for additional review time, the public comment period was extended through March 7, 2011
October 2010 - Dulles Toll Road 2010 Public Update. Session was held on October 25, 2010 in Reston, VA.
September 2010 - Public Information Workshops on Proposed Updates to Phase 2 Design of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. Comment period closed on October 1.
July 8, 2010 - Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport River Rescue North Boathouse Relocation, Draft Environmental Assessment Available for Review and Comment. Comment period closed on August 16.
January 14, 2010 - Notice of Public Scoping Workshop, Environmental Assessment for Runway Safety Area Improvements Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The workshop was held on February 17, 2010. Written comments must be received by Wednesday, March 3, 2010.

August 10, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearings on Proposed Increases to Toll Rates on Dulles Toll Road. Public comment period closed September 14, 2009. June 19, 2009 – Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Runway 1-19 Runway Safety Area Enhancements and Related Improvements Environmental Assessment Available for Review and Comment. Public Information Workshop held July 15, 2009. Public Comment Closed July 27, 2009.
February 10, 2009 - The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is considering amending its regulations to increase the taxicab dispatch fee at Reagan National Airport and imposing a fee on hotel shuttles for using the Airports. Public hearings held March 2 and 3; Public comment closed March 6, 2009.
