	Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to construct a new river rescue support facility with associated site work development for rescue boat operations at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Work consists of a new 2,100 sf boat house supported by steel piles, a walkway supported by timber piles, a new debris breakwater supported by timber piles, widening of Levee Road and new electrical service and communication ductbank. The contract includes an option for the demolition of the existing boathouse.
