	Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for the Hangar 4 roof replacement project at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The project consists of removing insulation and roof membrane, installation of new insulation, protection board, and roofing membrane of approximately 11,658 sf of lower roof over offices and approximately 67,305 sf of upper roof over the Hangar 4 bay. New parapet coping will be installed on the upper-roofing sections. Two new crossover stairs will be installed over existing rooftop piping on the lower roof as well as replacement of existing access ladders from Hangars 3 & 5. A new overflow drainage system will be added to both levels of roof near the existing roof drains. Roof drains and exposed drain piping will also be replaced. Installation of roof hatch complete with ladder and platform.
