- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide complete implementation of a print assessment strategy, to include studying, inventorying and documenting current Airports Authority infrastructure. The contractor shall propose a consolidated print management design that offers a single management system that supports all Airports Authority departments while maintaining agreeable quality of service. The new design shall deliver baseline total cost of ownership, recommendations for future state strategy, reduce costs, outsourcing and improve overall operational efficiencies to ensure the most efficient print fleet.

- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to provide financial advisory services to support the capital debt financing activities related to the Aviation Enterprise’s Capital Construction Program, which includes Ronald Reagan Washington National and Dulles International Airports, and the Dulles Corridor Enterprise’s Capital Investment Program, which includes the Dulles Toll Road (DTR) and Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project with significant emphasis on the aviation (or airport) related advisory services but including toll road capital market expertise. Additionally, proposals are sought for specialized financial advisory services unique to the DTR.

- Description: The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one new high speed snow removal vehicle fitted with a front mounted 22’ snowplow and fifth-wheel hitch for use in airfield snow removal operations, in accordance with Airports Authority specifications, for delivery to Washington Dulles International Airport.

1-15-C007: AeroTrain Tunnels MIST System Preventative Maintenance Services, Dulles Airport
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to provide preventative maintenance on the AeroTrain tunnels MIST system at Washington Dulles International Airport as required by National Fire Protection Agency Life Safety Code Section 750 to maintain code compliance and operational readiness of the four MIST systems through execution of preventive maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, adjustments and parts replacement, and system testing by simulating operation or actual MIST discharge.

1-15-C005: A/E Services for Terminal B/C Long -Term Redevelopment Program, National Airport
- Description: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority plans to retain professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services for on-call planning, design and construction projects at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The program is a multi-year, multi-project comprehensive A/E Task Order service for Terminal B/C. The program objective is to replace existing remote hardstand operations with contact gate facilities and connectivity that provides equitable and efficient passenger level of services. The long-term redevelopment will complement the on-going near-term rehabilitation efforts and lead to a full facility program. The contract will provide professional design services required to establish an overall redevelopment vision / program consisting of project planning, programming, design services, review of design standards, life cycle cost analysis, resiliency and construction support services.

1-14-C154: In-Vehicle Technology Systems to Support Airports Authority Police Department
- Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide the Airports Authority Police Department with an in-vehicle technology system to support its operations. The envisioned in-vehicle technology system will be comprised of two separate components: 1) an in-vehicle video system comprised of an in-vehicle camera, digital video/audio recorder, in-vehicle microphone, and wireless microphone system to provide audio/video recording of traffic stops, pursuits, and D.U.I. tests and 2) a mobile data terminal to enhance field officers’ ability to communicate, access resources and data.
