Air Services Development Consultant

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide air service development consulting for passenger and air cargo service for Washington Dulles International Airport, and strategic input, counsel and assistance in support of the Airports Authority’s Air Service Development Program. |
