| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to upgrade existing vehicle access control systems at Gates 118, 141 and 313 at Washington Dulles International Airport. Work includes temporary traffic controls, installation of hydraulic vehicle barriers, integration of the new barriers to the local barrier control and access control systems and reinforcement of fence lines near the gates. Solicitation includes three separate add alternates for Gates 127, 130 and 317. | |||||||||||||||||||
