| Project Summary: |
| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the services of an airport consultant to assist in the evaluation of the financial impact of the construction program. Such evaluation will focus on the financial feasibility of the Capital Construction Program (CCP) in addressing the expense requirements of such facilities, and the projected revenue sources to support airline rates and charges. |
