| The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools and supervision to rehabilitate Taxiway Y at Taxiway B at Washington Dulles International Airport. Work includes bituminous and concrete pavement demolition, stormwater drainage work, new bituminous and concrete pavement construction, installation of airfield lighting/signage infrastructure, pavement markings and restoration of non-paved areas. | |||||||||||||

| This federally funded project has a 23% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. A DBE is defined as a firm that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more social and economically disadvantaged individual(s).
