| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to replace two underground ductbank sections, replace cable stanchions, deadbreak junction bars, grounding and general cleanup of Manholes, supply and install two 15Kvolt electrical feeder circuits and remove two existing 15Kvolt electrical feeder circuits at Washington Dulles International Airport. | ||||||||||
