| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide energy management control system (EMCS) connectivity from the JP Morgan Chase Building to the Washington Dulles International Airport utility building central plant's building automation system to allow monitoring and control of HVAC equipment via a direct digital control system. The work includes installation of HVAC and plumbing system controls, equipment and wiring and testing and balancing of air devices and VAV terminal units on the fourth floor of the building. Only Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. control systems will be considered. | |
