| The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide pavement marking services on the Dulles Toll Road on an on-call basis. Markings shall be in accordance with the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Road and Bridge Specification Manual. | |||||||

| This RFP has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 40% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal.
