| The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide professional real estate appraisal services for Phase 2 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. Note: The appraiser staff must be licensed in the State of Virginia as well as be pre-approved by VDOT as evidenced by inclusion on VDOT’s current list designating “Appraisers/Appraisal Firms Approved by VDOT to Perform Appraisal Services”. |
