| The Contractor shall provide professinal architectural and engineering services to conduct utility system analysis and design engineering for enhancement of the central HVAC plant and related utility distribution systems at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Integral to the work will be recommissioning of existing systems to ensure continuous and reliable system operation while achieveing optimum efficiency. Utility Systems to be evaluated include, but are not limited to high temperature hot water, chilled water, cooling tower and condenser water, building HVAC and controls, domestic water distribution, natural gas, sanitary collection systems, storm water collection, electrical distribution, building automation, energy conservation, thermal storage, steam/reheat and Foxborough plant control. |

| The contract resulting from this RFQI will have a 30% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement.
