| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform testing of low and medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers at Washington Dulles International Airport. Note: Contractor must be an International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) full member testing firm. |
