| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to repair, maintain and install guardrails along roadways at Washington Dulles International Airport and the Dulles Airport Access Highway on an on-call basis. Work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of damaged/substandard guardrail systems, furnishing and installing new guardrail systems, and maintaining and controlling traffic in accordance with VDOT and Airports Authority safety requirements. | |
