Project Summary:
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to construct hydrant fuel line improvements at Washington Dulles International Airport. Work includes new underground hydrant fuel piping, hydrant cart test stand, grouting and abandoning existing hydrant fuel lines, replacing valve pits with spool piping, reconfigure leak detection system, cathodic protection investigation and installation and connect new lines to emergency fuel shut off system.
LDBE Requirement:
This IFB has a 20% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 20% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
