Project Summary:
The Authority is seeking Proposals from all interested and qualified Offerors desiring to operate duty free/duty paid concessions at Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. It is the goal of the Authority to select the Offeror that will provide the best-managed and operated duty free/duty paid concessions to serve the domestic and international passengers at Dulles and the transborder passengers at National during the term of the Contract to be awarded. The domestic and international passengers at the Airports must be provided a quality duty free/duty paid shopping experience with trained and courteous sales personnel in store(s) offering a wide variety of appropriate duty free and duty paid merchandise. This Solicitation is designed to encourage Proposals that are committed to these objectives.
The selected Contractor will be required to make good faith efforts to achieve an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) goal of 25% of the total gross receipts from the concession.
