Project Summary:
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to redesign, implement, host and support the website for the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project Website, www.dullesmetro.com, so that it is contemporary, user friendly, interactive and able to be accessed by desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets.
SBE Goal:
This federally funded project has a 100% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal. An SBE is defined as a firm that is not dominant in its field, and that demonstrates its ability to meet the size standards prescribed below for the goods it will be supplying or the services it be performing in this contract. Contact the Airports Authority's Equal Opportunity Programs Department at 703-417-8625 for additional information on SBE Certification requirements.

Note that firms certified with the Airports Authority as an LDBE firms will qualify as SBE if they do not exceed the $22.41 Million SBE size cap. Such firms, if selected, will still have to submit the SBE Affidavit of Eligibility form and three years of corporate tax returns.
