| The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking proposals from all interested and qualified Offerors desiring to install, operate and manage a first class luggage cart concession at Washington Dulles International Airport. The concession shall consist of (1) a rental luggage cart service for domestic passengers and (2) a courtesy (free to passengers) cart service to the Airports Authority's passengers in the United Airlines Federal Inspection Services (FIS) Facility and the International Arrivals Building (IAB). | |
