Daily Parking Garages
DAILY PARKING GARAGES
Dulles provides two daily parking garages with a combined 8,325 spaces close to the terminal. Both garages provide easy access to the terminal and are equipped with an automated space counting system, which indicates how many open spaces are available on each level of the garage. The signs, which provide this information, are located at the top of the ramps at each level of the garage.
Daily Garage 1, opened in April 2003 has 4,680 spaces and connects to the terminal via an undeground pedestrian walkway as well as by shuttle bus service. The tunnel has a "Y" configuration with a total length of approximately 1,200 feet and includes two moving sidewalks. The walking distance from the tunnel entrance at Daily Garage 1 to the terminal is approximately 1,050 feet. There are five locations where the tunnel can be entered and exited:
+ In Daily Garage 1, at the sub-level lobby of the central elevator
+ At two entrances in the Hourly Parking Lot in front of the terminal
+ In the West and East ends of the terminal on the lower level.

Daily Garage 2 opened in March 2002 with 3,685 parking spaces and connects to the terminal via a 220-foot passenger walkway and free shuttle bus service.
