Welcome to the Website for the Washington Dulles International Airport New Runways Environmental Impact Statement.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in association with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) has explored ways that Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) can meet the projected demands for air transportation while minimizing impact on the environment through the construction of two new air carrier runways.
