Effective September 1, 2001, the Master Indenture of Trust dated as of February 1, 1990, as previously supplemented and amended, between Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and Allfirst Bank (formerly The First National Bank of Maryland and FMB Bank), as Trustee, has been further amended and restated in full to read as set forth in the form of Amended and Restated Master Indenture of Trust. Such Amended and Restated Master Indenture of Trust secures all of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's outstanding Airport System Revenue Bonds.
