Public Affairs Contact Information

Below are general guidelines for media newsgathering at the Airport

  • Call us prior to your arrival. See contact information on the right. No escort is needed to film in public areas.
  • Parking: Only live trucks may use media parking. All crew/personal vehicles MUST use public parking lots/garages or may be ticketed and/or towed.
  • When filming in the Airport terminals please do not interfere with passengers, airport employees or operations at the security checkpoints or airline ticket counters
  • Do Not Block: passengers, walkways, queues, doors, escalators, roads, etc.
  • Request advance clearance from Airlines, TSA, CBP (Customs) or Concessions if you want to photograph their facilities up close. The Airports Authority cannot grant permission on their behalf.
  • Live Shots: No cabling is allowed inside the Terminal, through any doors or across passenger travel areas. Please call us to clarify any live shot requests.
  • NOTE: Television crews may not use lighting pointed in the direction of the air traffic control tower as this poses a safety risk.
