If I have applied before March 18, 2018, do I have to enter all of my information again to apply to the same position in Workday?

Yes - If you have not received a decline notification via email from the recruiter, you have to create an account in Workday, apply to the position and complete the application questionnaires in order for us to continue to move you forward in the hiring / selection process.

What happens to my application if I have submitted it in the old system (Ceridian)?

Applicants still in process as of March 18, 2018 will be directed to create an account in Workday soon thereafter. Applications in the old system (Ceridian) will not be accessible for further processing after March 17, 2018.

Do you accept applications by mail or email?

No - You have to apply online on our website to be considered for a position.

Will I still be required to submit the KSAs in Workday, if I had previously submitted them in Ceridian?

No - You will not need to re-do the KSA’s from Ceridian. You will need to complete the new KSA’s in Workday which will be in the format of a multiple choice questionnaire. Requirements of long, narrative responses will be discontinued.
