Lost items are turned in at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Lost and Found Office by the Airport Police and by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Items are typically received in the Lost and Found Office the next business day (excluding weekends and Federal holidays). The Airport Lost and Found Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A Lost and Found Technician will research your inquiry so that they may provide you with an accurate response. You may also complete an online Lost and Found Inquiry. Inquiries are returned within one business day; although most are returned much quicker than that. Any items left on the aircraft or the jetway would not be turned in to our office.
