Smoking Areas

Smoking is permitted outside the Terminal buildings at least 10 feet from the entrance doors.

Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Regulations, Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act, Va. Code Section 15.2-2820 et seq; and Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code.

Violations of the Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act are punishable by a civil penalty of $25.00. This smoking policy shall be enforced by the Airport Police and Fire Code Enforcement Division personnel.
