A USO Lounge (United Service Organizations) serving military personnel and their families is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The lounge is located on the Main level of Terminal A across from Lost and Found. For more information, call 703-417-8876 or click here.

Business Service Center
A Business Service Center in Terminal C provide foreign currency exchange, insurance, facsimile and photocopying, notary public, and other services. Hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Telephone: (703) 417-3200.

NEW! Airport Tours Available to Student Groups
Student Tours of Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports are offered year round on a first come, first served basis. Tours are not available on federal holidays or during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and the 4th of July. At the present time, tours are restricted to student groups only. Several Automated Teller Machines are located in the terminals, before and after security. Foreign currency exchange is available at Customer Service Centers in Terminals B and C.

Baggage Carts
Smartcarte baggage carts are available throughout the terminals, parking garages, and at the Metrorail station. The smartcarte kiosks accept coins, $1- and $5-bills.

Passengers attempting to locate lost items should check with their airline or Airport Police. Visit our lost and found page for more detailed information and to download a Property Release Form.
