Passengers arrive at the airport in Terminal A, B or C and exit the building on the Arrivals level.  Click here for Terminal Map.

Waiting in a vehicle at the curb next to the Terminals is prohibited. This area is for immediate loading and unloading only.

You can park in these areas closest to where your passenger arrives--generally this is the Daily and Hourly Parking Garages.  If you exit the garage within 20 minutes of entering, parking is complimentary (no charge).  Click here to view parking map and number of available parking spaces:

• Gates 1-9 (Terminal A) - Park in Daily Garage A.  Hourly rates apply for the first 3 hours.  An underground walkway connects directly to Terminal A.
• Gates 10-45 (Terminal B or C) - Park in Hourly Garage B or C.  Two elevated walkways connect directly to the Terminal's Concourse Level.  To reach Baggage Claim, go down one level to Arrivals.

You can also wait in your vehicle in the free Cell Phone Waiting Area for up to one hour until your passenger calls.

You can meet passengers inside the airport as they arrive from the gate.  Greeting area locations:

• Gates 1-9 - Outside security screening area on main level of Terminal A
• Gates 10-22 - Outside security screening at the south end of Terminal B, Concourse level.
• Gates 23-34 - Outside security screening at the center of Terminal B/C, Concourse level.
• Gates 35-45 - Outside security screening at the north end of Terminal C, Concourse level.
